Project Outline

Usability for Styr&Ställ bike rental service
  • Problem detection study on city bike rental pay-station (JCDecaux, “Styr&Ställ”), in controlled test environment using a working prototype.
  • Redesign of User interface (physical and digital interface) according to usability principles.
  • Verification of redesigned interface, again in controlled test environment. Folio below showcase existing and redesigned UI.
